Practical guide
Screen espresso accessory dimensions before ordering
BasketFit Notes is a measurement worksheet. Record the machine reference first, then compare each accessory row with the same units and review tolerances.
Record the machine reference
The illustrative machine inputs are 58 mm diameter, 2 tabs, and 24 mm depth. Replace them with dimensions from the exact machine or accessory documentation rather than relying on a broad nominal label.
dimension match = absolute(accessory dimension - machine dimension) <= tolerance
Compare each supplied dimension
The engine checks diameter and depth within their entered tolerances and checks tab count as an exact comparison. A possible match means the supplied checks align, not that every interface detail has been measured.
The default 58 mm row matches the 58 mm reference and 2-tab count; the 54 mm row is reported as a possible mismatch.
Keep nominal labels in context
Tab shape, angular position, rim thickness, gasket location, and basket geometry are outside these three fields. Keep the model reference and the source drawing with the result.
Check your own scenario
Replace the illustrative inputs with measured values and dated specifications.
